Hawk Hero

My younger brother texted me a while ago with a bit of inspiration asking for a very unique character. He asked for a hawk with a jetpack/ propulsion system, x-ray goggles from "the movies" and a Thanos gauntlet on one hand. I decided to give it a little flare and added a mohawk and some metal arms/ abs. Also, instead of a jetpack, I decided to give the character the bottom half of a rocket/missile (in a fairly cartoony style).
